Hi miguelitoo: Thanks for your response Since my original post back in June 2021 I have disabled both the Dell SupportAssist service and Dell SupportAssist Remediation service to prevent these programs from launching at Windows startup (I'm now using Dell Update v4 x and Macrium Reflect Free v8 x instead) and no longer see this high CPU usage by the Dell Data Vault (DDV) Collector service
