We used Abeka from K-12 In my experience Abeka used Phonics past the grade that you stated and from K-2 students learned to read and from 3rd grade on, they read to learn Abeka has a really good reading program with lots of Phonics reinforcement Learning to read was really painless for my kids and they learned how to read easily and still LOVE to read My vote, Abeka!
