FedLoan transfered your loans to Aidvantage since they got out of the Student Loan game at the end of last year Late January is when people who had accounts with FedLoan were finally able to access their Advantage accounts I had to request my refund again from Aidvantage as my request with FedLoan didn't transfer with my account

From what I've seen with prior Aidvantage online payments, if you paid online on one day, the payment should show as applied sometime in the night evening of the first business day after the payment date

I submitted a complaint through the Dept of Education (Federal Student Aid), I followed the correct prompts to discuss the mismanagement of my AidVantage loans For a summary, I enrolled in the SAVE program back when it was introduced, along with many others, I'm sure In August 2023, I called AidVantage because my estimated loan payments were twice the estimated amount provided by the Dept

Aidvantage only allows manual pay unless it is in repayment (after graduation) This is absurd and seems to be done to make it difficult and forget to pay, which accrues more interest

I recently got an email from Aidvantage support saying I owe $800 on Dec 23, 2023 I never once heard of aidvantage or even used it It looks like a legit email but I graduated college in 2020 The only loan I ever took out was through Sallie Mae which I've been paying off fine through their site Anyone else get something similar from Aidvantage?
