Hi Chand: You may want to have a rethink about having a formula to display a blank In case no cell contains 32, the effective count indeed is 0, if you don't want to display 0, then this is a formating issue in that case you can do one of two things 1) Custom Format the cell as [=0]"";General 2) use TOOLS|Options|View|Window_options uncheck Display_Zero_Values to not display

I'm trying to populate a cell with a date (15th day of the following month), but if that day is a Saturday or Sunday, I want it to return the next business day instead I want the dates to remain static I currently am able to get the cell to populate with the 15th of the following month by referencing another cell, but I don't know how to incorporate the weekend issue Here is what I'm using

VERY Long story short, I had issues getting SSIS to connect to Excel files so I installed the 64bit Access Database Drivers, but it still didn't work I used the passive option to also install the 32bit Access Database Drivers along side the 64bit Only then would it connect to the Excel files!
