I've been using FSAFEDs for more than 6 years and never really had a problem I noticed, this year, that two of my claims were erroneously denied The reviewers seem to be a little less competent lately I've called, explained THEIR mistake (both times they misread easy-to-read day care receipts and did not correlate the receipt to the claim dates I submitted online), and resolved the issues
