Fastrak has been charging me for the express lane for months, even though I'm doing everything correctly I have a Fastrak Flex transponder, it's set to 3, I even have HOV tags on my car I've tried it with 4 different transponders, brand new ones I've tried it in different places in my car, all over the windscreen, all over the dash I don't drive a car with a metalized windscreen Every

How do I stop fastrak from automatically charging me? It supposedly calculates an amount that it thinks I will use for the next quarter but I already have enough money on it It charges me a different amount everytime and sometimes I'm scrounging up money till my next check Then I get charged and I have more debt It's kind of messed up
