Somehow, FastSpring got my husband's email account (I had blocked Carb Manager from mine) and he ignored their message they sent last week since he didn't recognize the sender I agree with a previous contributor: PAYPAL SHOULD BLOCK FASTSPRING -- they are SCAMMERS! Paypal informed me, and others, to try to contact FastSpring first before registering a complaint through Paypal but I was unable to find a page attached to FastSpring that allowed me to post without a registration or password I am requesting a refund and no further deductions from my Paypal account Please acknowledge this email through ??

I took it up with fastspring and after a 2 week ordeal they promised on the 28t of October to refund me, today is the 4th of November, still no word from the seller, no refund from Fastspring and no way to contact PayPal regarding the matter
