With the Garmin connected to the computer it will show up as an other drive Open it and go to the Garmin Activity sub-directory That list all of the activities by the date Find the file and then upload it to Connect I want to upload an activity from Garmin Connect that has been deleted from my Fenix 3 as I want to ‘race against activity’
