Answering the question with another question: Do you have the GTRAC Certificates required by HQDA EXORD 138-21 "GCSS-A Integration" If you're an Access Admin, you need ALL of the Common Core + the certs for your job (Maint = ERPS + Maint Supervisor + Store and Forward Maint (+ I recommend Commander also)) + the Decentralized User

Go to this page on a nipr computer You can find it by googling "GTRAC army" Click on the train button on the left Do all the core training and the training for master driver Send the certificates to whoever told you to do the training You will also need to do a SAAR and have an appointment memo for your master driver role submitted
