Rice can actually carry botulism, which isn’t guaranteed to be killed during cooking and can therefore proliferate in the cooked rice if stored improperly, such as at room temperature, for a long time

Edit: It’s sushi rice that’s been seasoned already with vinegar and salt It’s been sitting with the vinegar for the entire time it’s been out, even if it doesn’t help with it staying out overnight that should at least preserve it for a little longer than the two hours everything else is saying

I would think that as long as the rice is reheated properly and to the right temperature, it wouldn't be a problem if it had been left out of the fridge for a while

Will dry out more and then you can turn it into garlic rice or fried rice As others have said, 11 hrs is nothing (as I mentioned earlier too) The rice cooker is meant for sustaining rice at consistent temperatures for long durations Now if you said it was sitting out for 11 hrs at room temperatures, then that's a different story

Rice, and other starchy foods, are especially susceptible to b cereus bacteria (google "fried rice syndrome"), so it's definitely good practice to keep rice refrigerated, but again, nobody is guaranteed to get sick if their rice sits at room temperature for 4-5 hours, it's simply an increased risk
