I recently also had the problem with redeeming my points on Desktop "There was a problem with my account " After that I tried redeeming my points on the Rewards App on my Xbox and it worked perfectly fine! So try out using the Rewards App if you have the same problem

On my Xbox I mapped the screenshot button on the controller to open the Rewards app This way when I click a tile that launches YouTube for 5 points I can hit that button and get right back to the Rewards app

I joined Microsoft rewards a while ago, I think back when it was still bing rewards but I'm not postive Anyway, I was wondering what is the best way to get points! You need to use the Bing app, and Microsoft rewards app, Gamepass App, and Xbox App and do all available quizzes, and everything, everyday I also get around 15k a month It's not just gamepass rewards, it called Microsoft rewards Reply reply SnooPandas2639 •

I get that Rewards is likely low priority for Microsoft in terms of support but it almost seems non existent Virtually impossible to get any kind of non automated response from them I stick to my part of the deal in following terms and conditions of the programme and then treat customers like this

It will most likely come back Microsoft rewards is like an online store, they have a stock of items you can “buy” and when the stock runs out they remove the options until they restock, I’d say 1-2 weeks and it will be back, probably sooner since it’s popular
