The Quanta Vandal is decent It's worse than the competition (Phantasma, Phage stack electric procs much faster) but still more than usable including in Steel Path And then there's the Mutalist Quanta Its damage is very lacking but the alt-fire has a gimmick where projectiles passing through its bubbles gain electric and crit damage

Rectification lowers the minimum, at max it can't be lower Enchanting table range is the same as in vanilla The max level of the libraries is just what level you'd be able to pull out if they weren't capped

Quanta Q+C isn't made anymore, and it's 15+ year old technology - there are newer versions of the Q+ available from Quanta, but anyone now getting into the industry who is buying a Quanta laser, would likely be purchasing a Discovery Pico
