From what i understand, it’s 4321 Every call out is one occurrence After 4 occurrences, you get talked to by the store manager That’s called a coaching i think? 3 more occurrences and you get written up i believe And then there’s 2 more occurrences, some sort of disciplinary action, and then one more occurrence before termination All of this is within a 6 month period Occurrences
