Wacom's vendor ID is 056A, and according to their github page your product ID for your 13HD should be 0304 for the pen only version It'll have 0333 and 0335 if you have the pen and touch, respectively

Historically we could use old inking pens on Intuos tablets but unfortunately due to hardware software changes this is no longer feasible However I have been told that we can use the older Wacom One 13 (DTC133W0B) and the Bamboo pen (UP370800) however the older Wacom One 13 are becoming increasingly difficult to source (Wacom are sold out etc)
