the original weather lea farm of lovettsville, va, dating from the 1790s, is the only farm in loudoun county, va authorized to use this name. any other farm or business using this name does so without authorization of the owners. we raise sheep and llamas, offer wool products for sale, and have a small wine grape vineyard. we host weddings and other events, and offer short-term cottage rental. we do not raise horses. we are dedicated to preserving the rural economy of loudoun county and are active in several organizations working toward this end.
