The Oroville Resource Center (ORC) is committed to helping those in the community meet their basic needs by providing emergency shelter, three meals a day, and access to toilets showers in a safe environment

We have been using the warehouse on the property for storage, but we have partnered with the City of Oroville on a massive project to develop a 40-bed congregate shelter with 30 Pallet Shelter units and 5 ADA compliant Pallet Shelter units on the site

We give out blankets and clothing to homeless and disadvantaged people who come to us for help, as well as those who come to us for a shower and a safe place to sleep In addition to helping the homeless, the Oroville Rescue Mission distributes food boxes to needy families in the community
