[LW] Field Surgeon gets better as campaign goes on? I wouldn't send a Field Surgeon if sending some CPLs after a downed Fighter, but even shaving just 3 or so days off wound times on the best troops could be well worth it — especially as giving up Steadfast or Suppression isn't that big a sacrifice in either case
