I've installed Arch from a usb to another usb for testing purposes While I was in the installer, the internet connection was fine, but when i booted from the place, where arch has been installed, suddenly pacman throws `error: failed retrieving file 'core db' from ***: Could not resolve host: *` I've already tried solving it but I made it only to make WAN lights blink and nothing to happen

I instead broke pacman I'm in a live USB trying to install gcc-libs using pacman-static but it seems like the keyring is broken since I'm getting asked to remove the files that were just downloaded because they're currupted and I have no idea how to update it:

I am in situation that I need to install a package, which conflicts with another package that is installed I know what I am doing and want to force install my package But I cannot see such possibility There is --overwrite option, but it is irrelevant to my case And there are no actually conflicting files in conflicting packages that I am talking about I want something like --assume

I saved the file but while mirror is available pacman still refuses to update mirror lists using command:

So, as the title says, I can't update my system, and because i couldn't, my system is now dead in the water (writing from mobile), for some reason I have update the keyring, refreshed gpg keys, refreshed mirrorlist, and pacman still reports that the ~1gb of packages it dowloads when running a system update are invalid or corrupted (live recovery) I've run out of things to check, so i'm
