Granted A-Z claim for parcel not received and customer states in claim they did receive it I actually am at my wits end Customer stated IN the A-Z claim they received the order Amazon still grant A-Z without even alerting me of the claim 402-6132492-1837959 Do I go to the police about the fraud committed by Amazon and the customer?!

The label, I assume, was provided by Amazon The customer opened an A to Z case which Amazon decided in the customers favour I appealed the decision on the grounds that we did not provide the label and that they should be contacting Amazon in regards to this We lost the appeal How can we claim for this lost parcel?

I had an A-Z for order 204-1562099-2583503 it was shipped using Buy Shipping I appealed the ODR based on it being shipped on time using Buy Shipping but the appeal was not allowed
