Directions The Yolo County Fairgrounds is located in Woodland, CA I-5 North Take exit 537 for Main St S toward CA-113 S Woodland Turn left on E Main St
- Walk, Drive Bike to the Fair.
Turn right onto Matmor Rd Turn left onto E Gum Ave; the destination will be on your left From Interstate 80 (I-80): Depending on your direction of travel, connect to CA-113 N toward Woodland, then follow the directions above for CA-113 Northbound Please note that 1250 E Gum Ave is the address of the Yolo County Fairgrounds

The Yolo County Fair was incorporated in 1935 Records indicated that the fair, once established and the 40th District Agricultural Association, was expanded to include a horse show (1936) and industrial show (1937) Under the provisions of Section 81 of the California Agricultural Code, the petition for the 40th DAA was submitted in 1937
