Hi Rosario I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you Is this the Windows 10 Mail app (the envelope icon on the task bar)? What works most is to go to Mail Settings (gear icon at bottom of Inbox) then Manage Accounts, then choose the problem account (s), then Delete the Account Restart PC and retrace that path to add the account back Make sure the Sync

That spammer mails its targets daily, using variety of spam-sending services (I assume, trying to circumvent bans) There should be no automation in such issues, since indeed, a spammer can frame anyone's account this way However, it's sad there's no possibility to contact Skype human support for such cases
