In the end, I had to reinstall Windows because that update became part of the system (it was stuck with it forever) and then apply the latest stable update that gave me no issues (which I can also uinstall at will now as well since it gives me the option if I see any weird issues), a lot of work, but in the end, this is not always a bad thing, everything gets refresh again Thank you all for
