- Peppermint shrimp or berghia nudibranches - Nano-Reef Community
Never had an issue with peppermint shrimp, you do need to watch what your buying though as other shrimp do sell as peppermint and won't eat aps Mine keeps aps down, but when I get the odd explosion that the shrimp can't keep up with (I have literally 100s in my overflow weir) I use aiptasia x infact X is great to control zoas and GSP as well
- Bubble Tip Anemone and Peppermint Shrimp - Nano-Reef Community
Posted January 5, 2010 I had a Skunk Cleaner Shrimp that started to pick at my Rock Flower Anemone Peppermint Shrimp tend to pick at Fan Worms, and just about anything else they feel might be able to eat IMO, I'd rank these three shrimp in this order (from least to most reef safe): Peppermint, Skunk Cleaner, and then Blood Fire Shrimp

Hmmm I don't think your peppermint shrimp would eat your RFA They eat tiny baby aiptasia Just because its curled up into a ball doesn't mean its been eaten, could just be irritated
- What will peppermint shrimp eat? | The Reef Tank
I think that I am going to get a peppermint shrimp to eat my aiptasia, but I wanted to make sure it will not eat anything that I still want in my aquarium I have some tube worms, a couple baby brittle stars, some sort of filter feeder that looks like a balloon with two holes in it, some feather
- peppermint shrimp do eat corals! - Coral Forum - Nano-Reef Community
Another trick to do is feed your peppermints sinking shrimp pellets twice a week That should help keep them from attacking your corals I have only one in my tank and it goes nuts for the shrimp pellets Will even try to fight off the hermits and Nassarius snails for them

- Peppermint Shrimp and Aiptasia? - Invertebrate Forum - Nano-Reef Community
It's true that some peppermint shrimps won't touch aiptasia but it isn't hard to get them to eat aiptasia at all What you do is you spot feed them with shrimp pellets You should be feeding them anyway and when you hear about peppermints munching on corals, a lot of times it's because they're not fed regularly Once you have them trained to take pellets, it won't be hard to get them to follow
