This all stems from the real problem which is RaiderIO I think this is by far the worst thing that could have happened to the PUGing scene It creates a false sense of skill and elitism that just because you have good friends that hard carry you through high keys, you are able to perform better than someone else Instead of focusing on what really matters, it encourages players to only care

Raider IO is basically an armory It’s a way to see what content has been done by an individual character It shows which keys they’ve run, how many times they’ve run it, whether those keys were timed or failed, etc On top of this, it shows other character based information such as: Raid progression, gearing and talent choices, etc

Hi all - I quit wow at the tail end of Legion and stopped doing mythics and raids some time before that I recently came back to the game and noticed that a lot of people are talking about Raider IO What is this? Is this important? Do I need to worry about it if I only want to focus on normal and heroic raiding? Are there any other addons that are considered essential for PUG raiding now

One thing I learned (set this up 2 weeks ago) is that it won't appear on my own character's names when hovering over with the add-on But I've asked pugs and guildies if they could see it and they could Id ask a guildies or a pug if they can see you mains score on hover This was of course after all the raider io setup of selecting a main and linking bnet which it looks like you've done

The raid information is in a separate module, just like keystones and recruitment data Is the addon with the raid data loaded for you? Also is it only on you it is missing? If you hover over people around you, see if any raid progress is appearing Double check that the module for raiding is enabled, and check it you see raid data on some people, then confirm by looking up yourself on the RIO
