Hi all, Please could I pick your collective brains My laptop (Lenovo i7) seems to dislike going to sleep hibernate by itself It blue screens and reboots Any thoughts?

This is the issue I face And whenever I go through the link, as I said earlier, they either just send an automated message or completely ignore me I have tried to contact support before, but instead of an email from the support agent I literally get the automated message the safety team sends As if they intrude and just say "No"

I used a disk manager some time ago (I'd have to find the name of it), which allowed me to back up the boot drive in case the original drive failed, without having to unmount the drives, which was quite clever, I wonder, would that work? Or would it just copy the permissions over as well?

It shows the green check mark on the microphone, but says "currently unavailable" so when I try to change to one that is available it just freezes up and I have to restart my computer every time I also tried the Sound Recorder and it says the device is not active Again, I tried to change it, but still froze up
