内容提示: 基于混合建模方法的车用比例电磁阀热效应影响分析任延飞,席军强,陈慧岩,马锴文(北京理工大学 机械与车辆学院,北京 100081)摘 要:针对现有方法无法准确分析、评估热效应对车用比例电磁阀动态性能影响的问题,提出了一种基于多物理场有限元方法与系统动力学混合建模的分析方法 该方法首先在考虑环境温度下,根据电磁铁的发热与散热特性,建立包含电磁、温度、结构的有限元模型,获得准确的温度场分布及关键参数的变化规律;然后,再与系统动力学方程相结合,建立考虑温度场的系统动态模型;最后,通过试验对比分析了电磁阀在无温升和有温升时的动态特性 研究结果表明:由温度
