I called Revzilla and the customer service gal informed me my helmet was a prior return and they obviously missed putting in all the items that come with the helmet My biggest concern though is ordering a new helmet with a build date from 3 5 yrs ago! Yes, Revzilla darn near always was and remains a nearly 100% online retailer That said, they're up to three stores, but they're pretty careful not to oversell them, mentioning the goods on display are a "curated" collection I've had nothing but great service from them, but I wouldn't expect the retail locations to be all that opulent or complete
