I get that Rewards is likely low priority for Microsoft in terms of support but it almost seems non existent Virtually impossible to get any kind of non automated response from them I stick to my part of the deal in following terms and conditions of the programme and then treat customers like this

Bing Rewards was a separate program that had some aspects of MSR (main one being points for searches) Xbox Live Rewards definitely existed (I have emails with that branding from 2014 to 2018); it was just separate and targeted at Xbox players as opposed to searchers

To increase your daily amount double check that you are getting points from these spots: Bing searches, Bing app on PC, xbox app on PC, Xbox app on your phone, Bing Start app on your phone, Xbox rewards app, Xbox gamepass
