Have you looked on https: booth pm en ? If you type in live2d and set the price filter on the side to 0 there are quite a few! Also a couple people in the live 2d discord have released free models to practice rigging on as well!

I would recommend watching Syafire's 8-part series on rigging VTuber models for beginners, it's helped me a lot It's not perfect, it doesn't go into deforming things for perspective shifts, or moving the body arms, but it's a great starting point that covers a lot of basics and definitely leaves you with a sense of knowing what you're doing and being able to successfully test on your own!
